The Espresso Martini's stronger cousin
1 ½ oz. Vodka
2 oz. Espresso (or 3 oz. Cold brew concentrate)
½ oz. Coffee liqueur (preferably Mr. Black's)
1 sugar cube
Muddle sugar cube in bottom of shaker tin with coffee liqueur. Add all remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
Let's start another Sunday with the fun kind of coffee. This is a super easy recipe that I make for myself when I don't quite want a Bloody Mary with breakfast and I need my caffeine fix. This is also perfect when you're stuck at home, low on ingredients, and have some vodka and Kahlua or another coffee liqueur lying around. This is one of my favorite go-to coffee cocktails.
