Someone once told me everyone wants to be naked and famous. What you do in your personal time is none of my business but here is a cocktail that will bring you part way.
The Naked & Famous was invented by Death & Co. NYC's star bartender
Joaquín Simó, now a partner at Pouring Ribbons. Joaquín calls his creation “the bastard love child of a classic Last Word and a Paper Plane, conceived in the mountains of Oaxaca.”
Aperol and yellow Chartreuse come together to create a subtle sweetness and an amazing color while the mezcal brings a spirit forward smokiness that's amazing.
¾ oz. Del Maguey Mezcal
¾ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. Aperol
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.
