A complex take on a classic favorite
Detroit Bartender Travis Fourmont won the 2013 Master of the Manhattan competition with this creative take on a classic Manhattan. His Midnight Manhattan replaces the standard sweet vermouth for Italian Amaro which lends a complex herbaceous undertone to this whiskey forward drink. Combined with orange and cherry liqueurs, this is a perfect, after-dinner cocktail you won’t soon forget.
