GREEN EYES
A combination of a Last Word and Gin Sour, delicious
The Last Word is one of my favorite all time cocktails, but making the same thing for yourself constantly gets very boring. You don't need to change much, but sometimes you need to shake things up a bit (pun intended). This is basically a Last Word Gin Sour which is one of my favorite cocktail mashups and sentences yet.
GREEN EYES
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Gin (preferably The Botanist Gin)
¾ oz. Green Chartreuse
¾ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Rich simple syrup
Egg white
Instructions
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
