UP IN A PEAR TREE
This spin on a Moscow Mule will be your new holiday go-to
The Moscow Mule is a perennial favorite in the drinking world. Equally suited for beach vacations or ski-side sipping, the combination of ginger and lime is easy and perfect. That doesn't mean, however, that it can't be improved for the winter eason. This pear variation does just that by adding a layer of fruit and sweetness thats every bit reminiscent of holiday dinners with family. Perfect way to upgrade a classic.
UP IN A PEAR TREE
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Rosemary infused pear vodka
¾ oz. Lime juice
¼ oz. Pear eau de vie
4 oz. Ginger beer
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a tall glass or mule mug. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of rosemary.
