CAMPFIRE HARVEST
This is a perfect fireside companion on a fall night

One of the best parts of fall is sitting by a campfire with friends on a cool autumn night. When the sweaters come out, you need a drink that channels all the flavors of the season. This drink combines rye, bitter Averna, and a delicious chai maple syrup for a delicate and delicious combination. Make one today.
CAMPFIRE HARVEST
Ingredients
2 oz. Rye whiskey
½ oz. Averna
½ oz. Chai maple syrup*
2 dashes walnut bitters
2 dashes cardamom tincture
Instructions
Shake all ingredients together except for cardamom tincture. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add 2 drops of cardamom tincture. Grate nutmeg over top (you can also use a spice mill such as such as this one from Microplane.) Garnish with wholestar anise
*Combine 1 part Masala Chai tea with 2 parts organic maple syrup. Stir until syrup is fully dissolved and chill and store in fridge.
